Through crowdsourced storytelling and collaborative music curation, Patchwork Playlist transformed individual memories into a collective sonic patchwork, reinforcing the power of music as a bridge between past and present, loss and healing, and individual and community.

Overview

Patchwork Playlist is a community-driven digital archive that explores the connection between music, memory, and collective nostalgia. Launched during the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in India, the project provided a space for individuals to share personal stories tied to specific songs, offering comfort, escapism, and a sense of shared experience during an isolating time.
